The scissor lifts support bar kit is for larger vehicles that have "narrow" frames. It will help to disperse the weight of the narrow-frame vehicles toward the center of the platform. The lift support bar kit will also keep the vehicle above the platform for easy access to all parts.
Warranty
Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.
