Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.


30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind Returns: We understand that in some circumstances you may change your mind about your order. You can return products within 30 days of the purchase date however, you will have to cover the cost of mailing it back to us and any associated processing fees (we also have the right to charge any service fees for our time spent on the transaction). This can typically be a restocking fee of 15%. Just make sure it's still in the box and hasn't been used. We will reimburse you for the goods upon receipt, less the cost of shipping.

Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at:

    to initiate the return process.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift 

Damaged or defective items:
