*Concrete Requirements: Ensure a minimum concrete thickness of 5.9 inches (150 mm) with a 3,000 PSI rating. Failure to meet these requirements could result in serious injury or equipment failure. It is the customer's responsibility to verify concrete specifications before purchase and installation.

Katool provides a 1-year limited warranty on all parts and product defects. Additionally, vehicle lifts include a 3-year warranty on structural components. Optional 2-year extended warranty plans are also available for purchase.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronics.
- Structural components for vehicle lifts.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must be within the warranty period and are non-transferable.
- Replacement parts are provided free of charge, including shipping.
- Labor costs are not included in the warranty.
- Disassembly of equipment prior to warranty approval is not permitted.
All warranty claims are subject to review by the warranty/service department. Supporting documentation, such as photos or videos of defects, may be required for approval.
