Important Details for Planning & Delivery:

• Shipping: Ships via truck to your specified delivery address (no PO Boxes). A forklift is required for unloading; otherwise, manual breakdown of the crate will be necessary.
• Delivery Inspection: You MUST inspect all pallets and boxes for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt to file a claim.
• Installation: Can be installed by your local pool builder/contractor or by Everlast Climbing for an additional charge. Installation takes approximately 2-3 hours per frame.
• Mounting: Attached to the deck by 4-6 threaded fasteners, requiring a 4" concrete deck.
• Pool Depth: Depth requirements vary by state/city. Manufacturer recommendations: 5' depth for 8' wall, 6' depth for 12' wall, 9' depth for 16' wall.
• Drop Zone: A designated drop zone at the base of KerSplash is recommended to keep swimmers clear.
