Description
The swing/press arm station features a wide range of motion, allowing for a smooth up-and-down movement. The press arm bar can be raised to its maximum height, enabling the GLGS100 to double as a pull-up/chin-up station. An adjustable knee lock-down makes lat pulldowns more comfortable, while the low pulley station is ideal for curls and various row exercises. The integrated weight horns make weight storage simple.
This system works with most weight benches or can be paired with the optional Body-Solid GFID100 Adjustable FID Bench, which slides in and out for a smooth transition between exercises. The attached wheels make the bench easy to move, and its stand-alone design allows it to be used independently from the gym system.
High Pulley / Lat Pulldown
Target your back, arms, and shoulders with the Lat Pulldown station. The adjustable thigh pads ensure comfort and stability while the included pulldown bar maintains proper arm and wrist alignment throughout the full range of motion.
Strengthen your chest and arms using the Press station, or lift the arm to transform it into a squat station for targeting your core and legs. This versatile station supports a wide range of exercises, accommodating numerous movements for full-body training.
The low pulley station provides the flexibility to perform a variety of exercises, including standing bicep curls, upright rows, triceps extensions, and more. It allows you to work multiple muscle groups throughout the body with ease.
